Meet Cary L. Dunn

Cary L. Dunn, MD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship Trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at Luminary Dermatology. The dermatology practice has 10 locations, and Dr. Dunn sees patients at the Bradenton, Northport, Sarasota, Homestead, and Kendall, Florida, offices.

Dr. Dunn received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia (UVA) in Charlottesville, Virginia, and his medical degree from Columbia University in New York City, New York, on scholarship from the US Army. 

He continued his post-doctoral education with an internship at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in Fort Sam Houston, Texas, followed by a residency in Dermatology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Dunn completed a one-year fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery under the direction of Dr. John Zitelli and Dr. David Broadland, who are both past Presidents of The American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS).
